A learning curve.....

During the process of writing my first stand-alone novel Shadows of the Past earlier this year, I had just finished the Bardic Grade with OBOD, a truly wonderful, extraordinary experience, I, quite often found myself in a situation of deep reflection. As I continue on my spiritual journey, a process of deep, meaningful self-healing, I can see that this is now influencing the way in which I write, and as my connection with the earth grows ever stronger, I feel the need to scream it from the rooftops, the complete euphoria that I experience every day when I open my eyes and look out of my window, blissfully happy that I am very much a part of what I see, leads me to why I then decided to pull my first series of books from the shelves and begin to essentially rewrite the series in its entirety. I have just tweaked the first book Carrie’s Legacy here and there, sticking very much to the original, but of course, changing the style in which it is written, and happy with the end result, I moved on to book two, namely Wild Mountain Thyme.

This novel was a completely different story (excuse the pun!) and I have changed the story and plot completely, touching ever so slightly on my spiritual experiences, but also bringing in more humour and even a splash of espionage!

Now that I am on the final chapter of book two, I am excited at the prospect of moving on to book three, as I continue on my spiritual journey, in the hope that maybe, just maybe, the reader will become intrigued and maybe even consider a new path for themselves.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog, until the next time, I wish you all bright blessings,

Louise X
